We use 4mm (3/16") thick corrugated plastic (Coroplast) for all the screen printed lawn signs we produce. The yard signs are lightweight yet very strong and weather proof. If you are considering buying "bag signs", don't waste your money. Our lawn signs unlike bag signs will last years not days. You see bag signs are similar to a parachute once the wind gets under them they're doomed. How many times have you seen bag signs folded over onto themselves making it difficult to read them? Or what about the bag signs balancing on one leg? The wind is a bag signs worst enemy. For my money I would rather have something thats stronger and more stable outdoors. Corrugated lawn signs are the answer. They just can't be beat. Thats why real estate companies and election people use Coroplast signs rather than bag signs.
